President's Message

President's Message

When I was laying the foundation of BSN & Co. in 2003, my first priority was to establish a corporate structure. However, my aim was not the conventional corporate structure taught by the literature, but a corporate structure that commits amateur spirit to its profession, tirelessly running ahead as a young stallion, yet solemnly experienced as the master in the golden days of his career.

My priority was neither displaying skill in the profession, nor getting big contracts.  It was to maintain a certain attitude. An attitude which could protect the interests of its community, while also protecting the clients; an attitude which could hold to conscience before the law; an attitude which could keep its head high under the light of ethics, and put its head to bed in peace at night.

BSN & Co. was born with these priorities. BSN & Co. protected its employees at first, protected its state at first, protected the client at first, protected its partners first; it was shaped with such a protective service approach when times required it; it protected those around it before itself.

BSN & Co. walked ahead, keeping faith in its values. It worked to add value to the profession and its fields of activity. While respecting the lines drawn by the law, it always carried the responsibility for what had to be done. This sense of responsibility helped it to always achieve the firsts.

In 2004 BSN & Co. became one of the first Turkish firms to establish and implement ISO Standards, and put its signature to another first in Turkey by incorporating in Aegean Free Zone in 2012. The third office of the company was opened in Istanbul Ataturk Airport Free Zone in 2014.

BSN & Co. was found by one man, but now it proceeds on a route of growth as an achievement of a multitude. I would like to offer my endless gratitude and thanks to all our employees and our partners in business and heart with whom our ways have met, and who would not leave us alone on this road.

Yours Respectfully,

Bilgen Salih NARLI
